This cancellation policy outlines how Glenwood Custom handles order cancellations.
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request to cancel your order by emailing us at info@glenwoodcustom.com before the order has shipped. Please include your order number and cancellation request in the email.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel your order provided it has not yet entered the stages of fulfillment, packing, freight booking, production, procurement, customization, or shipment.
2. Processed or Shipped Orders
Once an order has entered the stages of processing, packing, handover to the carrier, freight arrangement, or shipment, it may no longer be possible to cancel.
If cancellation is not possible, you may request a return after the item is delivered, in accordance with our "Return and Refund Policy."
3. Custom or Made-to-Order Items
For custom, personalized, or made-to-order products, cancellation may not be possible once the production, procurement, customization, or special order processing has begun.
If a custom or made-to-order product is eligible for cancellation, we will confirm this with you via email.
4. Order Delays
If we are unable to ship your order within the estimated timeframe, we may contact you to provide an update.
Where required by applicable law, you may choose to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order and request a refund.
5. Fraud, Payment, Address, or Inventory Issues
We may cancel orders in the following situations: inability to verify payment; detection of fraud risk; incomplete or out-of-delivery-area shipping addresses; product out-of-stock; errors in pricing or product information; inability of the carrier to deliver to the address; or inability to fulfill the order due to legal or regulatory restrictions.
If we cancel an order, we will refund any payments made (unless otherwise required by law).
